Hobbs, New Mexico: First Farmer's Market

Posted by: Pioneer Soap Gal in

WOW! I am just amazed at the wonderful turn out we had out our first Hobbs Farmer's Market. Sponcered by Mainstreet Hobbs, the first Hobbs Farmer's Market was a blast. So many people came to check us out and I am pleased to say Soaps 'N Suds had wonderful traffic and our sales hit the roof!

Special Thanks to Stephanie Bradshaw and Eric "Junior" Pulliam for the help working my booth with me.

We were all up at 5 am and setting up by 6:30 am, Open for sales by 7:00 am and we were the last to tear down at Noon!

All of our Goats Milk Soaps SOLD OUT! Don't worry folks, there is more curing on the shelves and it will be ready by next market and we will be ready for the Lea County Fair and Rodeo for sure!!

Also, a special thanks to my Father for the fantastic displays he made to host my soaps. Thank you Daddy, there were alot of compliments on your craftsmanship and they really helped bring my product out!! Thanks to my Mother, Sister and Brother for all of their support and advertising my candles, soaps and bath bombs and bringing alot of word of mouth sales to me.

I am just so excited to have participated in this fun local event to support our town and it's heritage!

We will be available at the next Hobbs Farmer's Market the first saturday of next month! I hope to see all of our customers back next month to restock so I can hear how much you enjoyed the candles and soaps and I hope the customers who purchased for their sensative skin needs find comfort in the use of our natural soaps and lotion bars.

Below are pictures from today's Farmer's Market. WHAT FUN!!
