WOW! This has been a really busy crazy year for the company. We have come along way since we first went online in 2007 with our products. This last year has been a great year, but 2009 is already promising to be even better.

Let's start with what's going on with the website. First of all, our entire system was down and completely screwy! It was frustrating for customers and us trying to place and fill orders! Several months ago we recieved a notice via snail mail and email that our web host was selling out to another company. During the process of their transition everything went hay wire, unfortunately at ours and the customers inconvience! Recently, during the switch to new servers, the little glitches here and there turned into everything was done and not working at all!

Thankfully, we found out what all was going on and through the help of our web host providers and about two weeks of 16 hour days, we have everything fully functioning again. We will be doing shopping cart tests once a week now and ensure everything is in working order from now on, rather than the monthly tests we did in the past.

Our Shipping calculations were WAY off!!! and alot of our products were unable to be estimated due to a lack of dimension and weight. I personally was pretty upset over this because the former hosts were suppost to have everything in working order, but looks like they not only short changed us but our customers as well. We are happy with the new owners, they stay on top of things and we have taken over our site and store maintance ourselves! I apologize to the customers who experienced difficulties within our store recently. I mean everything was messed up, right down to our toll free number!! ALL is in working order now and will remain this, and the shipping estimations are updated properly!
